ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Workday Compensation Analyst to support the administration and optimization of compensation programs within Workday. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and scalable compensation processes aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities • Compensation analysis & administration • Workday configuration and reporting • Data accuracy and governance • Analytical problem-solving • Stakeholder communication • Process improvement • Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes including merit, bonus, and equity planning • Maintain compensation structures, eligibility rules, and guidelines within Workday • Ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and data integrity across systems • Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation-related inquiries • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation business processes and plans • Support system testing, validation, and enhancements related to compensation functionality • Assist with Workday releases and continuous system improvements • Collaborate with HRIS and technical teams on integrations and downstream impacts • Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, equity considerations, and program effectiveness • Provide insights to support compensation planning and decision-making • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Partner with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Finance, and Payroll teams • Support audits, data validation, and compliance requirements • Document processes and maintain operational procedures Skills • 3–5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HRIS • Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation • Experience supporting compensation cycles (Merit, Bonus, or Incentive Planning) • Strong analytical and data management skills • Experience building Workday Reports (standard or advanced reporting) • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) • Workday certification or advanced Workday Compensation experience • Experience supporting global or multi-entity compensation programs • Knowledge of job architecture, pay ranges, and market benchmarking • Experience with compensation survey tools (Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.) • Familiarity with Workday Prism or dashboards • Compensation analysis & administration • Workday configuration and reporting • Data accuracy and governance • Analytical problem-solving • Stakeholder communication • Process improvement Company Overview • Since 2007, Active Soft, Inc.
