MUST have <strong>Coupa</strong> and <strong> Pagero experience<br><br><br></strong></span></span><strong><span><span>Position Overview:</span> </span> <br></strong><span><span>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong> Workday Integration Developer</strong> for an immediate, high-priority contract opportunity. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining critical financial integrations between <strong> Workday</strong>, <strong> Coupa</strong>, and the <strong> Pagero (Client)</strong> e-invoicing platform. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow for complex "invoices out" workflows and global compliance processes.</span> <br><br></span><strong><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span> </span> </strong><ul><li><strong><span><span>Integration Development:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex integrations using <strong> Workday Studio</strong>, EIBs, and Core Connectors.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Coupa & Pagero Expertise:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Build and optimize specific integrations with <strong> Coupa</strong> for procurement and <strong> Pagero (Client)</strong> for automated e-invoicing and tax compliance.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Invoice Workflows:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Develop "Invoices Out" integrations to automate supplier invoice creation and distribution.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Data Transformation:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Utilize <strong> XSLT</strong> and <strong> XML</strong> to perform complex data mapping and transformations across multiple financial platforms.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>API Management:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Leverage <strong> SOAP</strong> and <strong> REST</strong> web services to facilitate real-time and batch data exchange between systems.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Troubleshooting:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Perform root cause analysis and resolution for high-pressure production integration failures.</span> </span></li></ul><strong> <span> <span> Required Skills & Experience</span> </span> </strong><ul><li><strong><span><span>Workday Expertise:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> 3-7+ years of hands-on experience in <strong> Workday Integration Development</strong>, specifically within Financials (FINS) and HCM modules.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Technical Stack:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Advanced proficiency in <strong> Workday Studio</strong>, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Specialized Tools:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Proven experience building integrations with <strong> Coupa</strong> and <strong> Pagero/Client ONESOURCE</strong>.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Languages:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Strong knowledge of <strong> XSLT</strong>, XML, and ideally one modern programming language like <strong> Python</strong> or Java.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Regulatory Knowledge:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Familiarity with global e-invoicing standards (e.g., PEPPOL) and VAT/GST tax compliance logic.</span> </span></li><li><strong><span><span>Professionalism:</span> </span> </strong><span> <span> Excellent communication skills to collaborate with functional leads and external vendors.</span> <br></span></li></ul> <br><span><span><span>At KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
