Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Dental Plan is reimagining how talent operations run through their People Team. As a Workforce Compliance Specialist, you will oversee compliance for the contingent workforce and talent acquisition operations, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with company standards and labor regulations. Responsibilities β€’ Track and monitor all temporary employees and independent contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and labor standards. β€’ Partner with Procurement and Legal to review contractor agreements and mitigate misclassification risk through ABC contractor or control testing. β€’ Maintain accurate, audit-ready contractor data and documentation. β€’ Audit and improve internal workflow boards to ensure data accuracy and transparency. β€’ Use Monday.com to manage workforce requests, track completion timelines, and maintain visibility across People Services projects. β€’ Deliver regular reports and compliance insights to leadership. β€’ Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Leaders to support workforce requests and contractor processes. β€’ Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure workforce processes align from start to finish. β€’ Provide general support to People Services functions to keep cross-departmental operations running smoothly. β€’ Identify and implement enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce compliance risk. β€’ Stay informed on evolving labor laws and workforce classification standards across all states in which we operate. β€’ Support internal audits and provide compliance reporting to leadership. Skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ 3+ years in HR operations, workforce compliance, or contingent workforce management. β€’ Proficiency in workflow/project management tools. β€’ Strong knowledge of workforce classification and compliance best practices. β€’ Excellent analytical and auditing abilities with keen attention to detail. β€’ Clear and confident communication with strong follow-up and cross-functional collaboration. β€’ Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience collaborating with Procurement or Legal on contractor agreements. β€’ Monday.com experience highly preferred.
