Position Overview: As an insurance agent, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing your own client base. This role involves meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer our suite of supplemental insurance products and services. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your assigned sales territory.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
ΓΒ Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess needs
ΓΒ Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
ΓΒ Generate new leads through cold calling and networking
ΓΒ Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
ΓΒ Collaborate with team members and managers as needed
ΓΒ Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Compensation and Benefits:
ΓΒ A competitive weekly draw pay with commission and bonuses from the start.
