Your primary goal... will be to deliver outstanding service to clients.Responsibilities & Roles:
ΓΒ Be a team player, willing to help out when needed
ΓΒ Plan spectacular trips for corporate and leisure clients
ΓΒ Handle bookings for airfare, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets, and events
ΓΒ Present services to clients through compelling presentations
ΓΒ Review and respond to all emails and phone calls promptly
ΓΒ Follow all company rules and guidelines
ΓΒ Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support
ΓΒ Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
ΓΒ Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
ΓΒ Stay informed about luxury travel trends and emerging villa destinations to provide relevant recommendations
ΓΒ Participate in familiarization trips/tours and ongoing training as needed
ΓΒ Obtain certification to book travel within 5 days of starting
ΓΒ Maintain appropriate documentation of client forms
ΓΒ Stay active on social media platforms to reach clients
ΓΒ Participate in group meetings/trainings
ΓΒ Verify all information from clients
ΓΒ Be a self-starter and motivated
ΓΒ Meet timely deadlines set by the team
ΓΒ Exceed clients' expectations and anticipate their needs when planning trips
ΓΒ Prepare, plan, and sell travel (including but not limited to airline, car rentals, cruises, hotels, and tickets/events)
ΓΒ Handle all planning of ground transportation to and from accommodations for clients
ΓΒ Offer insurance options to clients to cover any unforeseen changes in plans
ΓΒ Work well in a group/team setting
