The Billing Specialist, reporting to the Billing Manager, will provide high-quality service to personnel, clients, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Reviewing client contracts and setting up cases upon activation
ΓΒ Generating routine, electronic, and complex client invoices
ΓΒ Tracking and reporting on various assignments
ΓΒ Data entry, editing, and customization of invoices based on contract terms
ΓΒ Analyzing and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress)
ΓΒ Providing support to other billing staff as needed
Qualifications To Be Considered For The Role
ΓΒ 5+ years in full-charge billing for large professional service or law firms (500+ attorneys)
ΓΒ Experience with Elite 3E, BillBlast, or Workday
ΓΒ Must live in PST or CST time zones
ΓΒ Bachelor's degree preferred
ΓΒ E-billing experience (E-Billing HUB), bankruptcy experience, or international multi-currency billing is a plus
