What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Assist participants with inquiries related to retirement and employee benefits
 Handle a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
 Provide excellent customer service and communication to create positive experiences
 Maintain punctuality and dependability to support client satisfaction
 Participate in a mandatory paid training program to enhance skills
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Basic understanding of pension and employer benefits
 Previous customer service and/or call center experience
 Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
 Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
 High school diploma or GED
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits
 Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
