Key to the World Travelรยฎ is looking for highly motivated people with a passion for? travel and an inherent love of all things Disney to join our team of experienced? travel planners. We provide comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring (no previous experience required) to candidates who possess the knowledge and passion for Disney Destinations and exemplary service that we require of our travel planners. We also provide ongoing support, professional development and a variety of benefits to our actively selling team members.
Travel Planner responsibilities are:
รย Providing a full service, concierge level experience for clients by managing all aspects of their vacation
รย Paying attention to details
รย Marketing in order to find new clients
รย Communicating with clients frequently using a variety of platforms
รย Actively monitoring promotions to apply to your clients' vacation
รย Managing payments for clients' vacations and making sure all balances are paid on time.
รย Assisting clients while they are traveling if they run into a travel related emergency
Travel Planner desired requirements are:
รย At least 5 visits to Disney Destinations or another destination in which you would like to specialize, with at least one in the past 12 months
รย Expert-level knowledge of Disney Destinations or another destination in which you would like to specialize
รย Highly motivated
รย Comfortable with technology and online research
รย Self-directed
รย Active user of social media
รย Comfortable with sales and marketing
รย Excellent customer service skills
รย Excellent organizational skills
รย Effective communication skills
