We are looking for superstar Customer Service Representatives to work for a great US company! This is a fully remote role .
This is also a contract position of at least 7 months duration - there will be opportunities to be brought on permanently based on performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has gotten a fair bit of call center and customer service experience under their belt, and is looking to make a career shift! You'll really enjoy everything this place has to offer!

ΓΒ Capable of working in a fast paced environment
ΓΒ Self starter, takes initiative
ΓΒ Professional demeanor
ΓΒ Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
ΓΒ Capable of following step by step processes
ΓΒ Must be a team player

Responsibilities
What you'll do here
ΓΒ Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries
ΓΒ Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely
ΓΒ Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue
ΓΒ Document any issues for future review purposes
ΓΒ Schedule technicians for onsite support
ΓΒ Complete work orders
