- Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, which will include partnering with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Ownership of contract processes along with customer communications including; co-terming, upselling and related subscription renewals
- Partnering with internal team players on all upsell opportunities
- Enlist the efforts of account executives, sales managers, legal and finance when necessary to accommodate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers
- Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and completing transactions
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience (software and/or subscriptions a plus)
- Presentation/Communication abilities at executive levels
- Contract negotiations
- Performance oriented (has consistently met/exceeded a renewal and/or sales quota)
- Expert organizational skills - ability to track and fulfil renewals
- Prioritization - Proven ability to allocate time to highest impact areas
- Fluent Spanish speaker, as well as excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally.
