✨ About the Role
As our exclusive Rental Showing Agent, you’ll work with renters who are actively searching for a home. You’ll respond to incoming rental inquiries, schedule showings, meet clients at properties, and provide feedback to the office after each appointment.
Our team handles the paperwork, negotiations, and transaction coordination, allowing you to focus on helping renters find the right home and creating a great showing experience.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to incoming rental lead inquiries from prospective tenants
- Communicate with renters to understand their needs and availability
- Schedule and show rental listings to prospective tenants
- Guide clients through property tours and answer basic questions
- Help renters explore neighborhoods and available options
- Provide showing feedback and client updates to the office
- Represent the team with professionalism and excellent service

- Active Nevada Real Estate License (required)
- LVR MLS Access & SentriLock Access (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond promptly to rental inquiries
- Organized and comfortable using scheduling apps, texting, and email
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced rental environment
