They are seeking a motivated New Business Support Associate to provide phone-based assistance regarding pending life insurance applications and ensure the smooth processing of new applications and policies.


Responsibilities

  • Assists with the processing and customer service of new life insurance applications, including data entry, document verification, and agent calls
  • Communicates with clients and agents to gather necessary information and resolve any application issues
  • Maintains accurate records and update internal systems with application status and client information
  • Collaborates with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
  • Provides exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing updates on application status
  • Assists with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Participates in training sessions and team huddles to stay updated on company policies and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and Lean continuous improvement initiatives
