Position Summary: As a Reservations/Sales Agent, you will engage with potential guests via phone, email, and chat, utilizing proven sales strategies to convert inquiries into bookings. Your goal will be to provide a memorable customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team. Requirements: β’ A passion for sales and customer service. β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role. β’ Tech-savvy with experience using cloud-based systems and Google Suite. β’ Availability to work weekends (Thursday-Monday). β’ Strong sales, problem-solving, and communication skills. β’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. β’ Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus Position Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote) Note: Referral reward payable after six months of employment.
