The Role: Home Value Consultant
This is a relationship-driven role. You will bridge the gap between real estate advisory and home energy efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Your Database: Revisit your past buyers and current listings to offer a "value-add" solution. You are not just selling a house; you are helping them lower their monthly carrying costs.
- The Ultimate Listing Tool: Use our solar rental program to help sellers lower the utility costs of their homes, making their listings more attractive to buyers.
- Referral Network: Build relationships with other agents, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors to create a steady stream of warm leads.
