Vitability Health - Position Overview The Respiratory Therapist will provide clinical oversight, patient education, and support related to respiratory equipment and therapy. This role is remote but requires an active New Jersey Respiratory Therapy license . This position is ideal for an experienced RT looking for flexible, remote clinical work in a DME setting. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for respiratory DME patients Review and interpret physician orders for respiratory equipment Conduct remote patient education and training (CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen therapy, etc.) Assist with compliance monitoring and documentation Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal team members Ensure documentation meets Medicare and payer guidelines Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements Qualifications Active New Jersey Respiratory Therapist License (Required) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred Experience with home respiratory equipment (CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Nebulizers, etc.) Knowledge of Medicare and insurance documentation requirements (preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay : $38–$50 per hour , based on experience Flexible scheduling options Remote work environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding DME organization Apply tot his job
