- Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Beauty Advisor:
- Provide exceptional customer care by greeting and assisting clients, offering tailored suggestions, and sharing expertise on products and current promotions.
- Achieve or outdo store goals in retail sales, service sales, customer loyalty programs, and multi-platform initiatives.
- Administer transactions, reimbursements, swaps, and support consumers with e-commerce orders via Ulta Beauty's software.
- Showcase products by providing makeup applications and conducting skincare analyses to elevate customer engagement and promote sales.
- Help with organizing service bookings and conducting in-store events to uplift the customer's visit.
- Sustain the maintenance of product demonstrations, markers, and cleanliness in assigned spots like the selling area, washrooms, and staff break zone.
- Engage in inventory activities, merchandise resets, and processing shipments in accordance with Ulta Beauty regulations.
- Qualifications and Experience of Retail Beauty Advisor:
- This position typically requires a high school diploma.
- - Ideally, applicants will have one year of relevant experience, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
- Illustrated a strong devotion to guest service and comprehensive understanding of merchandise.
- Capable in handling technology, including POS systems and mobile devices.
- Possesses aptitude in fostering relationships and effectiveness in both collaborative and individual work environments.

Salary:
