About the position
- Responsibilities
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle payments for all store transactions.
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits at the end of each shift.
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Utilize sales skills to upsell and cross-sell AAA products, including memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
- Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales and customer service experience, particularly in a cash handling position.
- Effective written and oral communication skills for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites and programs in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings.
