- Loan Officers:
- Active NMLS license required
- Minimum 2 years retail residential mortgage experience
- Proven production history
- Currently working in residential mortgage
- Sales/Branch Managers:
- Active NMLS license required
- Minimum 3 years retail mortgage or P&L management experience
- Demonstrated team leadership and production results
- Currently working in residential mortgage
