Job Title: Team Lead /Supervisor Key Holder
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Temporary to permanent (Based on performance and business need)
Job Summary:
Our client, a leading player in the electronics retail industry, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Sales Performance Operations department supporting the store's success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Β Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
Β Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Β Maintain a deep understanding of the storeΒs product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
Β Be in charge of Opening and closing procedures, key holder standards, register cash counts ect.
Β Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Β Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support promotional activities.
What's Needed?
Β Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
Β Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Β Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Β Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Β Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and familiarity with technology sales is beneficial.
