We are seeking a Risk Analyst to join our Consulting Team β a high-impact, mission-driven role for someone who is analytical, confident, and ready to grow into a professional consulting career.

What Youβll Do
- As a Risk Analyst, you will:
- Conduct virtual and onsite risk assessments
- Review and draft policies related to abuse prevention
- Provide consultative guidance to organizational leaders
- Deliver training presentations (virtual and in-person)
- Participate in management systems reviews
- Support insurance risk reviews
- Join a rotating helpline after training to assist clients in real time
- Contribute to building a Culture of Safety across client organizations
You will interact directly with executive directors, university administrators, risk managers, HR leaders, and municipal department heads.
Travel is typically 1β2 trips per month (2β3 days each).

Experience in risk management or abuse prevention is helpful but not required. We are hiring for capability and potential.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
