  • *Must live in or plan to relocate to San Diego or Riverside county for consideration even though this is a remote position** This is a benefited, full time position working 8-hr shifts anywhere between 7am-8pm on weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends and holidays. Why Clinic Access Telephone Triage? β€’ Highly engaged team of nurses in the Scripps Medical Foundation Telephone Triage Call Center department. β€’ Work closely together as a team with great communication. β€’ Fully remote position once trained. β€’ Work with Scripps and non-Scripps patients to be able to provide the appropriate level of care. β€’ Involves coordination of care within the various Scripps locations. What you'll do: β€’ The Clinic Access RN is responsible for all aspects of the Nursing Process of telephone triage by assessing the patient's needs and coordination the appropriate care. β€’ Provide education and information for patient access and ensure appropriate documentation and notes on patient interactions. β€’ The RN will also contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care. #LI-EE1 Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: β€’ Two (2) or more years of RN experience in an acute care setting or Urgent Care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. β€’ Prefer one or more years of experience in telephone triage. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population preferred. β€’ Knowledge of Epic preferred. β€’ BSN preferred. β€’ Strong computer skills. β€’ ER, ICU, Triage experience preferred. Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: β€’ ADN or Nursing Diploma Required Certification/Registration: β€’ Current California RN license β€’ Current BLS from the Association Healthcare Provider Apply tot his job
