Financial Educators Federal Credit Union is dedicated to promoting member financial well-being. The Roaming Teller I engages with members to resolve financial inquiries, process transactions, and educate them on Credit Union products and services while covering for absent tellers at various branches. Responsibilities Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries, performs cash and non-cash transactions and Account Maintenance While Actively Listening To And Inquiring About members needs with the objective of providing the ultimate member experience and value-added solutions Resolves member inquires with a focus on our Brand Promise while utilizing and adhering to company policies.
Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members.
