Responsibilities Performing entry-level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. Also capable of traveling on short notice and able handle air travel Reviewing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards, as well as contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work as per customer order and expectations, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future Troubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future, and ability to communicate with customers (external/internal) in high pressure situations/ maintain strong customer relationships Skills Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of field/troubleshooting/maintenance/technical support experience, or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of similar experience Ability and willingness to travel approximately 85% as required Good mechanical experience Electrical and programming experience also a plus Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Windows) Knowledge of PLC communications and other robotic peripheral equipment Benefits Choice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.
