- *Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present product offerings effectively, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, including technical specifications related to solar and energy solutions.
- *Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in roofing or solar is required. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING OR SOLAR SALES TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN APPLYING.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and software tools that support sales activities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate oneself and others in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
