Roughneck One: $35.00

Roughneck Two: $45.00

Schedule: Rotational - Out of Town; Day, Evening, Night Shifts, Weekend and Holidays Required.

Experience: Some construction experience preferred but not necessary.

Work Location: This position requires 100% travel. Work locations will vary through the US and world wide

Work Environment is non-traditional. Frequent trips to remote job sites will require working in a variety of potentially harsh weather conditions.

Description
The Roughneck is responsible for assigned snubbing functions to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards. This job requires 100% travel for approximately one month at a time.
Β• Ensure all flammable products are stored in the flammable storage cabinet when not being used.
Β• Complete a Β“360o walk aroundΒ” prior to operation of any fleet vehicle and report/correct any deficiencies prior to use.
Β• Maintain a minimum of 10 feet of clearance from any power lines that are 50kV or less.
Β• Ensure all loads are properly secured prior to transport.
Β• Before releasing chain binders, ensure the object secured by the binder is stable before releasing the load.
Β• Stand to the side of and out of the line of fire when releasing chain binders from secured loads.
Β• Each sling must be marked with name of manufacturer, rated capacity and type of material.
Β• Rigging must not be loaded beyond rated load capacity.
Β• Match the load weight to the proper capacity sling.
Β• Ensure personnel in man-lift basket maintain 100% fall protection.
Β• Riders will have all tools secured prior to being elevated by the man-lift.
Β• Access the snubbing basket via the snub ladder or man lift. Access the drill stand via rig stairs. Do not climb over rails between the two units.
Β• Inspect all pressure lines to ensure there are no mismatched unions Β– check before you connect.
Β• Other duties as assigned by management.
