- Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, which includes over 250 users.
- Handle essential administrative functions such as user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, workflow management, and other routine tasks.
- Assist in training new users to enhance the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
- Manage the Salesforce.com data feed and other integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com, as well as on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Ability to build custom applications and objects, create formula fields, design workflows, establish custom views, and develop other content of moderate complexity.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent years’ experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator required
- Salesforce.com Administrator Preferred - (certifications in ADM201 and ADM211 are a plus).
- Service Cloud and Education certifications are preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
