American Family Insurance – Vetter Agency is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional for a hybrid Customer Service & Business Development role. This position involves supporting existing clients and growing the agency by identifying and nurturing new leads while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and coverage reviews
- Provide education on property, casualty, and life insurance products
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused experience
- Follow up on incoming leads and referrals
- Assist with generating and nurturing new business opportunities
- Conduct coverage reviews to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the client base
- Help convert prospects into long-term customers
Skills

- Active Property & Casualty License
- Active Life Insurance License
- Previous insurance or financial services experience
- High school or equivalent
