Job Description
Liberty Systems is a company dedicated to providing innovative air and nitrogen generation systems for industrial customers. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist to collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams, developing sales collateral and supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the commercial team to understand their needs and deliver timely, on-brand content and marketing support
- Develop and update sales collateral like presentations, product sheets, and proposal templates using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
- Support business development by attracting and nurturing prospects, tracking their engagement, and reporting on their journey through the sales funnel
- Help plan, organize, and prepare materials for trade shows and booths
- Manage the sales enablement content libraries and support CRM data hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome)
- Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Canva, Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects
- Collaborative, coachable, and eager to develop in a fast-paced company
- Ability to build genuine relationships across teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and reliable
- Fluency in Spanish is a major plus and strongly encouraged
