Sales Assistants
Remote – Work from Anywhere

- Responsibilities
- Support business development team
- Attend client and prospect meetings and manage follow up
- Maintain tasks and follow ups on Microsoft Planner/Teams
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Maintain CRM database
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Create presentations using PowerPoint, Canva and other software
- Create and maintain prospective customer lists using ZoomInfo
- Arrange meetings and conference calls for sales team
- Create reports and help with QBR data analysis
- Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work
- Strong organizational & time management skills with attention to details
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions
- Passion for marketing and advertising industry
- Willingness to learn
- Competency in Microsoft Office365
- Experience in graphic design or Adobe Illustrator is a plus!
- 2-3 years experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
