LexisNexis is a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to create and secure qualified business opportunities, identify prospects, and collaborate with sales teams to generate new revenue.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified appointments, to produce real business opportunities
- Learning and developing sales skills through our training and development program
- Certification and mastery around demonstrating our world class products
- Working towards promotion into a sales role
Skills
- Prior lead generation or inside sales experience
- Great listener, critical thinker, and the ability to work solo and as a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated with the ability to follow defined processes
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Windows and Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Chrome, and LinkedIn
