Job Description
- Silvus Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer – DoD to provide technical support and sales services to customers. The role involves interacting with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and troubleshooting failures. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of experience in pre-and post-sales technical support. The role involves frequent travel and requires a U.S. Government SECRET clearance.Requirements
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Become an expert on Silvus' unique radio and networking solutions
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations
- Visit customer sites to provide technical support and deliver training
- Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations in the field
- Collect and analyze field failures and abnormalities and provide feedback to the development team
- Help design engineers reproduce and troubleshoot problems
- Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance
