Role and Responsibilities:
ย• Drive Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
ย• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
ย• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
ย• Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and other team members to help ensure the company and your success.
ย• Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide regular sales updates

Qualifications:
ย• Experience: 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services--Or 8+ years of experience in one industry
ย• Education: 2 years of college or college equivalent
ย• Digital Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
ย• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
ย• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
ย• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ย• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
ย• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred:
ย• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance, health, property & casualty, life or investments
ย• Networking: Established network within the industry.
