    JOB QUALIFICATION
  • Utilize various channels to prospect and generate leads, including outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and understanding their financial needs.
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information to create comprehensive profiles for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects using CRM software.
  • Continuously educate oneself on our products, services, and industry trends to present solutions effectively.
    JOB DESCRIPTION
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center banking, financial services, or lending (hard money/private lending strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of lending regulations, underwriting standards, and loan structuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess creditworthiness, analyze collateral, and review financial documents with accuracy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent documentation and record-keeping practices.
