- What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Act as a Skin Confidence Consultant—listen, understand, and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver personalized, consultative sales pitches
- Handle objections and confidently close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $700 – $900 USD/month (based on experience)
- Commission: Uncapped 5% on total monthly net sales
- Top Performers: Earn $4,000 – $5,000 USD/month
- ✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Skilled in objection handling and closing
- High attention to detail and CRM proficiency
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented
