Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing retail accounts, monitoring their success, and ensuring effective inventory management and sell-through of products. This role focuses on creating and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue while analyzing field support metrics to optimize growth strategies. The Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering strong partnerships with retail accounts and driving the companyβs success.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Manage Retail Accounts:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for account-related needs.
- 2. Monitor Retail Success:
- Analyze retail performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to retail partners to optimize success.
- 3. Manage Inventory and Sell-Through of Products at Accounts:
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor product sell-through rates and address any gaps proactively.
- 4. Create and Implement Sales Strategy to Grow Revenue:
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- 5. Monitor Field Support Success Metrics to Ensure Strategies Provide Growth:
- Track and evaluate field support performance against defined success metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine growth strategies and field support activities.

- QualificationsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
