Job Title: Sales/Telemarketing Position (Base Salary + Commission) - B2B Sales
Job Description: We are hiring a Telemarketing Caller for a B2B sales role. Candidates must be fluent in English with minimal or no accent. This is a remote position working from home between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, CA), which corresponds to 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the Philippines.
- Compensation:
- Base salary + commission
- Pay: Php 225.00 - Php 335.00 per hour + 1,950 Php commission per contract.
- Supplemental pay: Anniversary bonus, commission pay
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses to establish partnerships.
- Professionally and personably engage with potential partners.
- Draft, edit, and send contracts daily.
- Research and gather leads using provided tools.
- Investigate potential partners before formalizing business agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in B2B sales (1 year preferred).
- Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST without interruptions (no power outages, internet issues, or background noise).
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven with a personable, professional attitude.
- Proficient with computers, typing at least 50 WPM.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfortable with calling and emailing in professional English.
- Self-motivated and eager to build a long-term career.
- Equipment Requirements:
- Computer with keyboard, mouse, and second monitor.
- Noise-canceling headphones.
- Reliable internet connection.
