This role is responsible for translating corporate revenue goals into actionable territory and seller-level targets, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, and Compensation.This is a highly visible role that drives planning rigor, governance, and scalable growth across Global Strategic Accounts and other routes to market.ResponsibilitiesQuota Strategy & Capacity PlanningLead annual and mid-year global quota planning cycles for Strategic segment, including hyperscalersTranslate corporate revenue targets into account-, territory-, and seller-level quotasDesign and maintain capacity models (ramp curves, productivity, churn, presales, coverage ratios)Align targets to LRP and Annual Operating Plan in partnership with FinanceConduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support executive decision-makingExecution & GovernanceOwn quota deployment timelines and accuracyEstablish governance for quota adjustments and mid-year changesEnsure integrity across CRM, planning, and compensation systemsDrive automation and system enhancements (e.g., planning tools, CRM integrations)Executive & Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as trusted advisor to cross-functional support teamsPresent planning strategies and outcomes to senior executivesIdentify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale global sales processes to ensure regional consistencyPartner with HR/Comp to align incentive design with quota structureLead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales productivity and scalabilityWhat Success Looks LikeOn-time, accurate quota deploymentBalanced territories and realistic productivity assumptionsImproved attainment predictabilityScalable globally aligned planning processes that support long-term growthQualifications8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategic Finance3+ years leading global planning cycles or complex cross-functional initiativesDeep expertise in quota planning, territory design, and capacity modelingAdvanced financial modeling skills (Excel required; Anaplan (or other planning tool) strongly preferred)Experience supporting global, multi-segment sales organizationsStrong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendationsProven ability to build scalable processes and governance frameworksBachelor's degree required This posting is a new position within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
