Job Title: Salesforce Architect (Contractor Role) Position Overview RadixBay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to. This role is integral to delivering exceptional value to our clients through innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, strong architectural skills, and a commitment to upholding RadixBay’s values of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities • Architectural Guidance: Provide strategic architectural guidance on Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with client objectives. Focus on enabling teams to deliver robust integrations and configurations. Conduct comprehensive technical reviews and deep-dive health checks of existing and planned Salesforce implementations, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and areas for strategic improvement. • Champion Features: Promote the use of Salesforce’s standard features and functions.
Carefully customize to fill product gaps without increasing technical debt. Make sure every architectural choice supports the customer’s broader business objectives, strategic vision, and anticipated ROI. • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with clients, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend clear, effective solutions. • Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor for project teams, fostering best practices for Salesforce configuration and customization.
Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, data security, and compliance. • Integration Guidance: Develop integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi. • Documentation & Governance: Develop and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including technical designs, workflows, and data models, ensuring alignment with industry standards and RadixBay’s quality guidelines. Drive standardization and adoption of bolthires/CD, DevOps, test automation, and release governance across all Salesforce teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for innovative approaches and leverage emerging Salesforce features to enhance client solutions and maximize ROI. Qualifications • Salesforce Expertise: At least 10+ years of Salesforce experience including hands-on with 3+ years as a Solution architect. Minimum of 7 years of overall experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development including Custom Objects, Large Data Sets, Tuning, Lightning, LWC, Apex, Triggers, API, Visualforce and Migration Tools • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Deep expertise in API design (SOAP/REST), enterprise integration patterns, and tools such as AWS, Informatica, MuleSoft, Snowflake, etc. Strong capability to integrate AI technologies with Salesforce; ability to bridge AI + CRM architecture at scale. • Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, with a focus on seamless integrations. • Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certification(s): • Agentforce Specialist • Field Service Consultant • Application Architect, System Architect, or Data Architect • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
