Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce architect and implementer to design and build a scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise and Marketing Cloud environment for NextLM, an AI intelligence platform that combines product-led growth with a sales-led motion. Our backend is built on Supabase, and this role will be responsible for architecting clean integrations between Supabase, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud to support free tiers, self-serve upgrades, and a sales team that books meetings, runs demos, and closes revenue.
The scope includes end-to-end CRM architecture, lead and account models, opportunity stages, forecasting, attribution, and lifecycle reporting, all designed to support a hybrid PLG and SLG funnel. In addition to core CRM setup, this role will own sales and marketing funnel creation, including email and SMS sequences, landing pages, campaign automation, and handoffs between product usage, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for SaaS companies, understands how to translate product signals into actionable sales workflows, and can build scalable automations with strong data hygiene.
This is a build-from-scratch engagement with high ownership, and we are looking for someone who can think architecturally, execute quickly, and deliver a production-ready system that will scale with the business. Apply tot his job
