- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Systems Integrators
- Utilize Salesforce CPQ to enhance team capabilities and deliver solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including Sprints to deliver minimum viable products (MVP)
- Support Salesforce Administration tasks, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and permission adjustments
- Drive business process improvements through effective mapping and identification of best practices
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com CPQ
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Strong business process improvement skills, including process mapping and problem identification
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts effectively
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Copado, although not required
- Ability to deliver complex concepts through abstract models and presentations
