We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer and Administrator to manage, configure, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success implementing Salesforce workflows, maintaining system configurations, and executing a broad range of standard administrative tasks. You will play a key role in optimizing the Salesforce experience for end-users, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational goals.
Location: Candidate can work remotely
Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually

- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
- Configure and manage workflows, process automation (Flow, Process Builder), approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules.
- Administer and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Oversee custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic apps, and custom settings for optimal functionality.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Uphold data integrity with imports, deduplication, and quality assurance best practices.
- Conduct proactive system maintenance: security reviews, health checks, release updates, and sandbox management.
- Troubleshoot user issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing technical support and training for end-users.
- Document configurations, system changes, and technical procedures for reference and compliance.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification and Platform Developer I required.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Proven expertise configuring Salesforce workflow, process automations, and customizations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative tools.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with system configuration, integration, and data maintenance.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for organizations with complex product vetting, research and development and permitting workflows
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce (CI/CD).
