Job Description
We are evaluating Salesforce for our sales team and are looking for an experienced Salesforce implementation specialist to help us design and execute a lean Phase 1 setup. Scope of Work (Phase 1) - Salesforce Sales Cloud setup for a small-to-mid-sized sales team - Core configuration (objects, fields, pipelines, users, permissions) - Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity setup aligned with real sales workflows - Basic reports and dashboards - Clear guidance on best practices and common pitfalls Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus) - Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce integration - Ability to advise on a future Phase 2 without pushing unnecessary scope Requirements - Proven Salesforce implementation experience - Ability to explain trade-offs clearly and in plain English - Experience working with growing teams (not just large enterprises) - Independent, efficient, and execution-focused To Apply, Please Answer the Following Questions - Briefly describe 2–3 Salesforce implementations you personally led.
