- Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing automation initiatives across MCAE, MCP, and Data Cloud
- Configure MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, and scoring models
- Build segmentation, dynamic lists, suppression rules, and audience targeting
- Support Data Cloud audience activation and campaign alignment
- Implement campaign hierarchy, templates, and automation frameworks
- Support campaign setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Manage email deliverability (IP warming, sender reputation, bounce handling)
- Implement personalization using MCP behavioral triggers
- Provide technical guidance to offshore campaign teams
- Work with marketing stakeholders and support campaigns in EST timezone
- Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Experience with Engagement Studio, automation rules, scoring models, dynamic lists
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and audience segmentation
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
- Understanding of email marketing deliverability best practices
- Experience in high-volume marketing campaign environments
- Certifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
