This is a Part Time Remote 20 hour a week contract, Pay Rate Range: $65.00β$75.00 per hour (W2), commensurate with experience We are currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join the VALiNTRY360 Consulting team. The ideal candidate is passionate about Salesforce and digital marketing, highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem solver. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), a deep understanding of customer experience and journey design/implementation, and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Candidates should have hands-on experience with email and SMS campaign workflows, deliverability best practices, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and deployment best practices. Essential Job Functions β’ Demonstrate deep expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform β’ Work extensively with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio β’ Develop and maintain AMPscript and Content Builder assets β’ Configure and manage journeys and automations β’ Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems; knowledge of DMPs and data integrations is essential β’ Ensure campaigns are deployed with proper tagging, source tracking, and link structures β’ Manage audience segmentation, data flows into and out of SFMC, and campaign tracking/reporting β’ Ensure journeys are executed on time and error-free β’ Lead the development and production of email and SMS/mobile marketing programs Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience β’ Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) β’ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud β’ Strong knowledge of data architecture and integration principles β’ Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues at the root cause β’ Strong project management skills β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment β’ Experience building and validating HTML and developing digital marketing content (email, web, mobile, and/or social) β’ Proficiency in SQL scripting for automated and triggered campaigns, QA/UAT testing, and collaboration with IT partners β’ Experience managing email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred β’ Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaign execution, including timelines, approvals, creative feedback, and audience targeting β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing, sales, operations, legal, and technical teams β’ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills β’ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision β’ Ability to work cross-functionally without direct reporting authority β’ Experience in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is a plus β’ Demonstrated ability to build trust by delivering accurate, timely, and reliable programs β’ Ability to remain effective and flexible when priorities, processes, or environments change Applicants for this opportunity must have an unrestricted right to work in the United States.
