Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant to support a large-scale procurement and finance transformation for a global technology company. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP MM, Ariba, and S/4HANA with deep understanding of P2P business processes and system integration across Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable functions. Responsibilities • Lead and support end-to-end P2P process design, configuration, and implementation within SAP. • Configure and enhance SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification) and Ariba modules. • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams to streamline requisitions, purchase orders, GR/IR, and invoicing processes. • Work on integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems. • Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements. • Support UAT, training, and post-go-live stabilization. • Provide expertise in supplier management, catalog management, and compliance workflows. Required Skills • 7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in P2P / MM / Ariba. • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Accounts Payable processes. • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and S/4HANA or ECC. • Experience integrating SAP with 3rd-party procurement or finance tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Prior experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or enterprise IT environments preferred. • SAP MM or Ariba certification is a plus.
