With offices across North America and Colombia, our approach is universal: supporting our clients in all aspects of their digital transformation projects Job Description: We are looking for an SAP MM Senior Consultant – AMS L2/L3 experience to join our team and support a global corporate client from Colombia. Role Overview You will provide L2 and L3 functional support for the SAP MM module within an AMS model, owning the Procure-to-Pay process end-to-end, resolving complex incidents, and delivering enhancements for a US-based client. This role goes beyond ticket handling — we need someone who can lead root-cause analysis, design solutions, and interact directly with client stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide L2 and L3 functional support for the SAP MM module, handling complex incidents and root-cause analysis Own the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process end-to-end Interact directly with US client stakeholders (business users, key users, IT counterparts) in English Ensure SLAs are consistently met and propose improvements to the support model Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an SAP MM functional consultant Participation in 2–3 full SAP implementation projects Proven experience in L2 / L3 AMS support — mandatory Solid knowledge of at least one additional SAP Logistics module (SD, EWM/WM, PP, LE, or QM) and its integration with MM Full autonomy across the P2P process Advanced English — direct communication with North America-based stakeholders Experience working in SAP consulting firms (strongly preferred) Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar) Nice to Have SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience — strong plus Previous experience with international clients or in North America S/4HANA exposure Additional Information: What We Offer 100% remote from Colombia Permanent contract Global Insurance (Póliza/medicina prepagada) A growing team with a culture unlike anything you've experienced before Get to know us Welcome to TeamWork Colombia - TeamWork
