Job Description

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant who can provide on-demand (ad-hoc) support for Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0). The consultant will troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, support HR teams, and ensure smooth onboarding operations within the SuccessFactors environment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Provide ad-hoc / on-demand support for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 β€’ Troubleshoot onboarding issues related to workflows, tasks, permissions, notifications, forms, and integrations β€’ Perform small configuration changes in ONB 2.0 as needed β€’ Support HR and recruitment teams with daily onboarding activities β€’ Assist with new-hire data flow between ONB 2.0 and Employee Central β€’ Update onboarding tasks, transitions, and email templates β€’ Ensure compliance with onboarding process and system updates β€’ Coordinate with internal IT or SAP support teams when required β€’ Prepare simple reports or ad-hoc documentation when needed Required Skills β€’ 2–5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on expertise in Onboarding 2.0 β€’ Good understanding of RBP (Role-Based Permissions), MDF objects, and EC data model β€’ Ability to diagnose and resolve ONB 2.0 workflow issues β€’ Experience with Recruiting β†’ ONB β†’ EC data flow β€’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to work independently in an ad-hoc support model Apply tot his job
