SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) – Support & Maintenance
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role Description
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant with a strong focus on the Learning Management System (LMS) module to join a team responsible for evolutionary support and application maintenance activities.
The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability of the solution, handling incident resolution, implementing enhancements, and providing ongoing support to end users.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
Proven experience in support, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact with users and provide functional support
Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
