Location: Pontiac, MI
Dates: August 22, 2025 – June 12, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Setting: School-Based (Not 1:1)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our school health services team in Pontiac, MI, for the 2025–2026 school year. This role supports a diverse student population with varying health needs (specific caseload to be discussed during the interview).
- Responsibilities:
- Provide health services and first aid to students and staff
- Administer medications and manage health plans in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Monitor and document student health concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to support student well-being
- Respond to medical emergencies as needed
- Requirements:
- Active Michigan LPN license
- Prior school nursing experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a school team environment
