Requirements: • Education: MFA in Screenwriting, Scriptwriting, or a related field.
• Experience:
Professional experience in screenwriting, with a portfolio of produced works. Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is preferred. • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to provide constructive feedback, and a commitment to student success. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of screenwriting techniques, industry standards, and current trends in film and television. • Interdisciplinary Knowledge: Understanding of related fields such as film directing, media production, and visual arts • Research and Publications: A track record of research and publications in screenwriting, film studies, media studies.
